The innovative ‘letterbox’ cheese is a cleverly cut large semicircular slice ideal for posting, so the cost is kept down and there’s no need to wait in for delivery. The wedge is a great gift for a cheeselover and perfect on a cheeseboard – or just enjoy it with a chunk of bread and a glass of beer.

The semicircular slice weighs around 400g (min 350g). It measures approximately 24cm in diameter and is just under 2cm deep. Our cheese will keep for many weeks as long as it's wrapped well. Or you could just eat it.
